The Heartland Developer Conference 2007 is fast approaching (Oct 18/19).  It's a short one hour plane flight or six hour drive (from the Twin Cities) to this year's location - Omaha, NE.  The Old Market area of downtown Omaha provides a great place to hang out following the sessions and the content and presenters are top notch. Scott Guthrie is one of the big headliners, and yours truly will be delivering a session on building applications with WPF and Blend. 

The Heartland DevCon is a fantastic local event. By supporting local events like this, you make it possible for great technical content to be delivered right in your own backyard by some of the top tech heads in the .NET community.
