| Well, I have my first installment of Spaghetti Code up and running. What is Spaghetti Code you ask? Its basically a collection of video/screencasts I am doing that will span the gamut of topics and people. There are three main components to Spaghetti Code. - ScreenCasts: Basically video tutorials on how to do something with .NET. My first screencast is up right now though it is only part one of a longer series about developing REST style applications with WCF. Love to get some feedback on what people think and how I can improve them.
- Interviews: I will be interviewing non-Microsoft people - consultants, customers, etc. - discussing something cool they have worked on, working with, or are thinking about. Should be interesting to hear the voices of the really smart developers out there in the larger .NET community. I'll be getting these up as soon as I can get some logistical stuff worked out.
- "Almost Live": A cross between the screencasts above and an open source project. I will start some hobby project, through the source on CodePlex and post video blogs/screencasts as I work on the project. Feel free to comment or send suggestions as I go. I'm thinking about trying to create college bowl picking game that will leverage Silverlight and if I am real lucky, make it so anyone can host it on any machine. Could come in useful for folks that like to do office pools come bowl time. ;-)
So there ya go. I've added a new category called "SpaghettiCode" and there is a link off of my main page to the Spaghetti Code main page. Technorati Tags: WCF, .NET |
