 | My football team opened up with a loss on Saturday. A frustrating day but signs of potential. The team continues to tackle poorly which was the biggest reason we fell behind 14-0 in the first half. Second half we dominated for the most part on both sides of the ball, but a couple of mistakes (i.e., penalties) did us in at critical times. Biggest concerns moving forward: 1) tackling, obviously, 2) halfbacks have got to start to run harder - there were holes but we got there too late, 3) schedule has us playing again on Monday and we aren't allowed a practice in between so no chance to try and fix the errors. Ugghhh... |
