The Windows Mobile part of this podcast was interesting. However please do not release a ZunePhone!  The Zune does not have mind share even though the Zune HD device is cool.
Blackberry owns the enterprise. The WinMo strategy is missing an AppMarket for consumers (at least a good one). Windows Mobile in the enterprise suffers from 2 things

    1) WinMo for the Enterprise needs to have be the next killer SharePoint client!!  WinMo needs to host the Social Networking client for SharePoint scenarios.  Status updates from TFS, colleagues, SharePoint list alerts. Not just flood my inbox with e-mail alerts but to host a mobile client for updates from around my organization, that include systems, and people.

    2) Microsoft perception on security (trust) it is emotional most of the time, I fully realize the actual story.

    Otherwise good podcast

    Thanks,
    Ed
